NF-e EVENTS

SEFAZ has introduced the option to add a document to an NF-e to provide information. This additional document is an event for an NF-e and can carry any additional information concerning the NF-e. Events can be issued by SEFAZ, the receiver, or the sender. However, all events have to be authorized by SEFAZ. It is possible to check the status for every NF-e inclusive all events on the SEFAZ website. The following events are currently offered:

• NF-e Events: CC-e (Electronic Correction Letter)
• NF-e Events: Cancellation Event
• NF-e Events: Operation Confirmation
• NF-e Events: Operation Acknowledgment
• NF-e Events: Operation Denial
• NF-e Events: Operation Termination

You find events in different monitors:

• For outbound NF-es in the NF-e Monitor (see NF-e Monitor)
• For inbound NF-es in the Fiscal Workplace (see NF-e Fiscal Workplace)
• In the event monitors (see Event Outbound Monitor or Event Inbound Monitor).

Events in the Fiscal Workplace and the Outbound/Inbound Monitor

The main purpose is to provide information to the Fiscal Clerk about events. The Fiscal Clerk must decide how running processes are affected. On a tab embedded into the workplace, a list of the current authorized and pending events (both self-issued and others) are displayed. The Fiscal Clerk can display all events (also former versions of self-issued events) in a dialog box. By selecting one event, you can display its content depending on its type (that is the free text for CC-es). Then you have to decide if the processing of the corresponding NF-e is affected. (If yes, this implies an interference of the events with the NF-e status handling)

Prerequisites

You have to install SP06 or later for SAP Nota Fiscal Eletrônica 10.0 and implement SAP Note 1575364 to be able to use NF-e events. Fonte: Help NFE 10.0
